Director of Automation Services
Dakota Greenhaw
I graduated from Monett High School in Monett, MO, in 2006 and went on to Northern Illinois University as a student athlete, earning a BS in Operations and Information Management. After completing my degree, I returned to Monett to work at Jack Henry, where I spent the majority of my 10-year tenure as a Programmer.
In pursuit of new challenges, I transitioned to a bank in Springfield, where I started an Automation Department. After three years in this role, I recognized a growing need for bank-minded technical resources, as automation continued to be a significant differentiator for leading financial institutions.
Driven by a passion to be part of the solution, I made the decision to leverage my expertise to help as many organizations as possible navigate and thrive in this evolving industry.

Director of Product and Engineering:
Seth Goodrich
I spent over 15 years at Jack Henry, working across a range of roles in IT operations. I managed operations for several hosted solutions and later helped mature how we delivered IT services across a highly regulated environment. I gained a great deal of experience over those years and got to work with some genuinely great people.
In January 2026, I joined Unlocked Solutions, where I'm building workflows and developing Unlocked Toolkit, a product to help community and regional banks document and build better workflows.
I've lived in southeast Missouri my whole life and now call Springfield home, along with my wife and daughter. I'm a nerd at heart. I love learning how things work and can lose way too much time to YouTube videos on engineering, science, and movies.
Director of Banking Operations and Technology
Michael Greenhaw
Michael Greenhaw serves as Director of Banking Operations for Unlocked Solutions, bringing more than three decades of banking and financial technology experience to community and regional banks across the country.
Raised on his family's cotton farm in West Texas, Michael learned the value of hard work, integrity, and serving others at an early age. Although he expected farming to be his lifelong career, banking became part of his story during his senior year of high school when he began filing checks at the local bank where his father worked. Before graduating, he accepted a position with another community bank, launching a career that would span nearly every facet of banking technology and operations.
In 1992, Michael joined Jack Henry & Associates, where he began in the Implementations Department specializing in loan implementations and conversions. His passion for solving complex operational challenges led him to Research & Development, where he spent many years designing and enhancing the SilverLake core platform before advancing to Senior Development Manager for the SilverLake and CIF 20/20 product lines.
After leaving Jack Henry, Michael joined a $9 billion regional bank in Abilene, Texas, that utilized SilverLake as its core banking platform along with several other Jack Henry solutions. During his eight years with the bank, he helped lead strategic technology initiatives, operational improvements, automation efforts, and core system enhancements while the institution grew to more than $15 billion in assets through acquisitions and mergers and organic growth. This experience gave him a unique perspective by allowing him to work from both the technology provider and the bank's side of the table.
Today, Michael partners with banks through Unlocked Solutions to help execute complex initiatives including core implementations and conversions, operational modernization, process automation, data mapping, vendor coordination, testing, and production readiness. Known for his collaborative approach and deep SilverLake expertise, he works alongside bank teams to deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and position institutions for long-term success.
